I love the white bedding - all of it gets washed for each guest.

Powdered eggs on the breakfast bar. Wish they were real.

Our room had a nice layout.

The bottom sheet on the bed would not stay on while we slept.
I noticed a couple of small stains on our sheets as well.

Good location.

Dirty wash cloths left in bathroom after being cleaned.

Power went out for 3 hours at night while we were there, no back up power in the hallways and one of the exit signs was burnt out; very dangerous when arriving we found a dirty wet wash cloth hanging over shower curtain showing that room was not very clean, exhaust fan in bathroom did not work, trash floating in pool will not stay there again! ...read more

I really liked the staff's friendly attitude and that they made themselves readily available.

There was no ice.

Overall it was a nice hotel. Conveniently located just a few short miles from the zoo. A very fair selection of breakfast foods ranging between health nuts for the grown ups and sugar shocking for the kids. A small pool but a pool just the same. The room was very clean and the staff very helpful.

Nothing, stay was very enjoying.

I loved this place the room was clean; we were on 1st floor right next to the lobby and heard nothing. Staff very helpful with anything I asked for and the closeness to variety of restaurants was great. Would recommend this place to anyone, will stay again, when we go to visit family. Convenience to the zoo & a lot of different restaurants.

The hotel desk clerk was not very personable & made a mistake on our check in. Finally got another person to help.

Overall, a very nice hotel. Nice location & convenient to many different restaurants & the zoo. Love the Continental breakfast especially the Cinnamon Rolls! The lady who takes care of the breakfast bar was Fantastic! Housekeeping ladies did an awesome job too. I liked the sitting area on the 2nd floor, the icebox and microwave oven in the room.

Not lot of parking near entrance. Did not like walking from back to the front late at night.

I found the front desk very helpful and friendly. I like the continental breakfast as it made it nice not to have to look for a place to get something to eat that early in the morning.

The staff was great.

Entrance from road to parking lot.

The staff was wonderful and the room was very clean. They had fresh baked chocolate chip cookies each evening which was great with small kids. Great location if going to the NC Zoo.
